Dear Jobseekers, hope you got a chance to read my review before joining Lion City Rentals Pte Ltd. I have joined them as an Account Manager (AM) around 2019 and my letter of appointment stated basic pay 1.5K SGD with 6 months of probation. When I have served up my 6 months probation, my manager approved my probation but it was rejected by the owner of Lion City Rentals (M Lim) who also owns a lousy Korean car brand located at Lower Delta Road. My guess, they wanted to cut cost of the medical benefits, annual leave, etc and most importantly the company can terminate employees without any reasons and serving notice. During my employment in LCR, we have around 13 account managers and we joined around the same batch. All of them 100% never get their confirmation of their position and some even have exceeded 15 months of employment. If you are looking for a long term career and stable income, please seek other companies rather than Lion City Rentals. My perspective is a waste of your time when you have intended to put in effort and time to get recognition in this company but turnout you are being manipulated by the owner. Latest news: They are going to launch their new commission scheme on 1st July 2020 to Sales Consultant, the basic pay is going to review down to 1k SGD with no recurring commission. It will be tough for the new and current employees especially during the COVID-19 situation. Good luck to those job seekers and thank you for your time to read my review.
