At Linxup, extra work goes uncompensated, and transparency is nearly nonexistent. Process changes aren’t communicated unless you specifically ask, and if you bring up concerns about fair pay, you risk being reprimanded. They lure people in with false promises and deliver disappointment. Management plays favorites, rewarding who they like rather than who performs well. Overall, this is a toxic work environment, and it’s unlikely you’ll find satisfaction working here.

Hybrid schedule and helpful colleagues

Cons

Extremely high turnover, low pay for the industry and role, lack of details and transparency for commission and retention bonuses. Less than half the team typically hits quota in a month. Even If you do hit the quota the management will micromanage your calls. The customers you work with are pissed that you are the 5th person that has been assigned to their account in the last 3 months (due to the terrible turnover). I recommend avoiding this place until there are major changes.
