Pros
I wrote a review about six months ago, and since then, every one of the "cons" I listed have been addressed. They will begin offering 401k matching in 2017, they have added more meeting rooms and expanded our offices, and the social committee has been able to increase employee participation in social activities. Overall, my favorite employer I've had keeps getting better!
Cons
None, as all of my previous "cons" have been addressed. They value employee feedback and, unlike other companies, will do what they can to address their shortcomings.
