      Really good benefits and well being initiatives, warm and friendly and nice offices in a great location near Cambridge. Small Co culture but part of the amazing Danaher Group, so you get the best of both worlds.

      Cons

      Recruitment could be faster from start to finish.

      Pros

      The team has embraced new ideas. This is a growing company, YOY, and the opportunities for growth and development are there for your taking. It is a lean organization, and your ideas and input are encouraged, and acted upon. There are multiple outlets for training, and it is encouraged to continue your training, not just for your current position but for your succession plan too.

      Cons

      Meeting customer demands, while worldwide shipping and supply issues are impacted by supply chain issues. It's frustrating, but it is not something that the company can impact.
