Regular 4 day working weeks. Fully air conditioned building. Sometimes you go home.
Cons
In the assembly area ladies with repetitive strain injuries are ignored and made to continue for fear or losing their jobs. Nepotism is open and obvious (there's a long running joke that if something is broken you wait until the managers son or wife have to use it) and last year a 10year employee claimed to have proof the manager was fraudulently clocking his son in and out on sick days. Haven't seen that employee since.
