Pros
Company culture was great and and hours were flexible. Met a lot of cool people and established some good connections. Company trips were awesome and we'd occasionally do some fun stuff outside of work.
Cons
Although the hours were flexible they did steer toward evening hours which I didn't love. I felt like executives were very micromanaging. It is a high stress job as you are dealing with sales representatives. Make sure everything is in writing and be very clear with your contract.
