Admin is Terrible - Anonymous employee Linwood Center Employee Review

Admin treat everyone so nasty, they force people into higher positions and then hold things over their heads and if they don't do that they withhold jobs from those who deserve it. They higher people who gossip and make the work environment hostile. Admin show favoritism blantlingly. They also lie constantly to parents and the counties. Stating they have staff and kids are getting all their services when they are not. They are always understaffed and it makes the entire job unsafe.
