It feels like being part of a great adventure to be at this stage of a scaleup! - The team spirit is great, people are very driven and motivated and there is no feeling of competition, we are working all together. - The great thing for Marketing especially is that we have a lot of room to test and experiment, there is a consequent budget and not much has been done yet so everyone who joins has the capacity to have an impact in shaping the company's future!
