You can come in, get up to speed and quickly start making a difference as the organization is not stuck in process, tradition or slowness. Entrepreneurial environment, fast pace, great future.
Cons
Not really a con, just know that when you come in it is a matter of how fast can you learn and how quickly can you contribute as the team are all focused on the same mission.
