Beware: Declining company, toxic culture, bad leadership - Anonymous employee Linksys Employee Review

Bad culture, unhappy/overworked employees, terrible leadership/management, unrealistic expectations, high turnover, declining sales, no direction/vision, poor communication, low morale, depressing place to work, leaders don't value work/life balance. Any light you bring will be snuffed out working here. Overall, not a good place to build a career… seriously, stay away. Find a better company somewhere else.
