We are overstaffed, so the work load is easy. No one to really track your hours, so as long as you do your work, you can do as you please.

The current management often come across as dishonest and disconnected, with decisions that don’t align with what’s communicated internally. There is also a noticeable lack of industry knowledge at the executive level, which impacts strategic direction and overall confidence in the company’s future. Overall, I would not recommend this organisation to professionals seeking stability, strong leadership, or a positive and growth-oriented career.
