      Pros

      Best coworkers you can find, highly skill professionals and a cohesive environment allowing people to speak up about project concerns, delivery times and best practices. Managers are excellent and always prioritize workers work-life balance.

      Cons

      During my 3 years working at Linkfire I saw several Layoffs, and not coincidentally I also was part of one of those. It seems C-level does not take into account their workers while spending more than they can afford, this seems to have come from previous management, because the current CEO has been very transparent about how the company was heading, so it is an improvement.

      Pros

      This company has amazing work life balance and flexibility that makes you feel comfortable and taking care of. Their benefits are great and it would be hard to find that again. Amazing colleagues from all over the world.

      Cons

      Their CEO's made some decisions in the past that the company has been paying off for a while now and as a consequence, there has been lots of layoffs as of recently and no opportunity for growth.

      Great benefits, excellent colleagues, and appropriate pay rate. Mission in the music industry was easy to latch on to

      HQ located in Denmark made US offices a bit of an afterthought Company direction was a bit loose while I was there, and some goals shifted quickly and abruptly Senior management seemed to have a disconnect from the rest of the company generally, a lot of things got lost or tied up easily
