None at all everything is great.

Some team members are incredibly hardworking, committed, and knowledgeable. You can learn a lot from your peers if you’re self-driven and resilient.

Leadership engagement is minimal. A highly experienced director with over a decade of operational knowledge was replaced by someone who seems largely uninvolved in the day-to-day work. Although this person still holds the title of Director, support often has to be requested directly rather than offered proactively. Safety is also a concern. The officer is located in a high-crime area; one team member’s car was broken into during business hours. Although concerns were raised, no visible safety improvements have been made. With a five-day-return-to-office mandate talking effect soon, it’s worrying that these risks haven’t even been addressed.
