Manager demand for almost everything from tools, neatness, sales, time arrival, ip connects, csat(customer survey score)if you don't sale he wants you to take picture of soundbar demo, if you have low csat will call you up for it for every job to waste your time, wants you to finish 3 - 5 or More jobs! wow! a lot of gimmick with this company for sales when you meet your goals like if you make $1000 in sale they will only give you some toolkit or mug or something that maybe worth just $25 for your effort no bonuses no opportunity to gain certifications. Overwork up to 15 hour per day of work.
