Pros

- Some managers were good and really invested in their team - Startup, so a lot of opportunity to lean in and drive stretch projects beyond your role - Before changes, commission structure made the pay very appealing and a key reason I stayed

Cons

- Unfocused, unprofessional leadership: Many leaders lack essential experience to be guiding a company at this phase, every action was reactive and usually poorly executed with a "get it done NOW" mentality that left the critical details overlooked and destined the team to fail and then be blamed by the leader who failed to plan adequately - Layoffs, layoffs, layoffs: No ownership or responsibility taken, the CEO would come on and make it about him - Toxic culture: The people who survive here are the stereotypical sales bros, if you're at all in a minority class, this is NOT the place for you

Pros

I was thinking for a while what rating I would give to this company. I always try to be fair and not go to extremes, so here is what I think about Linksquare. - Nice company in the beginning, with a balanced work-life balance and solid good practices. - Great employees — the most pleasant part was working with people who were dedicated and innovative.

Cons

- The company has been degrading drastically every year, and they have cut many talented people they were lucky to hire. - Layoffs are normal here, so if you are looking for a stable job, this is not it. - Zero promotions — they only promote top managers and give achievement trophies to each other. - Extreme pivoting is constant. It comes with the startup territory, but worth knowing before you join.
