- poor management - high turnover - unreasonable amount of workload (good if you want to train your endurance and mentality) - relatively low salary and lack of compensation/yearly benefit - products/services often went through changes in a short period - micro-management from the CEO himself

(this is the situation at that time : 2014) - works at client side (AXIS) - Shifting Schedule was made by staffs - a lot of knowledge whether it is on client side or at office - big overtime wages - casual wardrobe - nice people at work
