1. Leadership ( at the radicle level and other business unit) are completely out of touch with what the employees need and this has created a very toxic culture 2.There is a big lack of transparency around how decisions are made and this had led to a break-down in trust across the whole organization 3. There's a culture built around favouritism and this had led to people not being motivated to work since leadership takes all the praise and just rely on mid and low level employees to do all the hardwork 4.The benefits (health) as a whole are not up to industry standard including some of the salaries.
