Pros
Link is the most customer centric company I've ever worked for. We go the extra 2 miles for the customer. Link is also very community and employee oriented. Link is family owned and they tend to have a long term vision on corporate reinvestment in their business.
Cons
The only cons are those that come from being a small company and sometimes running a little thin in people resources at times.
