Poor Management - Customer Service Link Group Employee Review

Where do you want me to start: 1. Management has been very poor. I would like to specify that team leaders are not responsible enough towards their juniors. All they worry about is for responding to their senior colleagues. 2. There is slight bias from the team leaders, favouritism, and blatant approach. I resigned from the role because my team leader was not supportive of my career growth, and was assisting his “favoured” group. 3. There is racial discrimination within the organisation as well regarding the opportunities, which I had experienced to some extent and didn’t want to carry on working there.
