(I got to do my task efficiently at my own pace.) - Out-of-town Philippines team catch up twice a year, and once a year with the generous and handsome directors. - Significant pay raise (performance-based) - birthday cake - Australia visit for employees who reached a certain number of years I am forever grateful and thankful that I got to work with such an epic company with amazing directors and great leaders.
