Legal and compliance are still developing within the organisation, and alignment across teams can be uneven at times 3. Communication around compensation, particularly bonuses, could be clearer and more consistent, this would improve transparency and employees’ trust and confidence 4. Matrix reporting lines can sometimes lead to overlapping expectations and challenges during performance reviews 5. Boundaries around time off could be better respected, especially during leave periods 6. Changes in structure may affect role scope, and the level of challenge and growth may become more limited
