      A facade of happiness Inability to have real discussions about emotions and challenges Micromanaging insignificant things, while being dismissive of large issues that need managerial attention Huge amounts of manual labor; little automation Lack of tools/tech Inexperienced leadership Little to no operational leverage Company culture and brand is performative- it isn’t authentic to the nature of the organization Constant scramble by management to keep the company afloat while forcefully preserving an image of stability and happiness

      Pros

      The management will take care of you. Very approachable and accommodating. They will do their best to help you as best they can.

      Cons

      **Unfortunately, they're not accepting contract workers anymore. They've decided to retain those employees who were from an outsourcing agency. **As a contractor, career opportunities are unlikely. **As a contractor, you have to pay for your benefits, like HMO. **Compensation-wise, management could have based pay on employees' skills and contributions rather than focusing on the country's economic situation where the employee is based.
