      Pros

      They get great client to teach by lying to them, providing false information and do not care if you are deported for facilitating this situation and working illegally without a work permit.

      Cons

      The try to pay you low 200 rmb per hour as a native speaker which should be 300 rmb. They falsify your information to put you in front of clients. If you get caught you are in trouble. They try to cheat you for payments and terminate you falsely just to keep your money. They think you can't speak the language and have no way to get them in trouble.

      Pros

      When I was there, it was, (and still is, according to my sources), in the process of re-inventing its Curriculum.

      Cons

      There's a Dysfunctional Loop. They are/we're (despite my advice) trying to develop Tutor QC (for inexperienced & often non-native speakers)... by STANDARDIZING (a la McDonald's etc.) Tutoring. That anti-pedagogy is NOT attractive to many/most authentic Tutors.

      Pros

      Worked part-time with them several years ago, strictly for Business English for corporate executives. A lot of flexibility in arranging schedules, picking the right student trainees, and developing customized lesson plans. Got to teach, and become friends with, a couple of senior executives. Never a problem with compensation.

      Cons

      Can't really think of any, other than the relative shortage of corporate executive students.
