Remote work, a few nice colleagues, opportunity to work with people from all over the world.

First and foremost, the management at Lingua Learn seemed disorganized and out of touch with the needs of their employees. Communication was often unclear and inconsistent, leaving employees feeling uncertain about their roles and responsibilities. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency regarding company policies and procedures, which led to confusion and frustration among the staff. Furthermore, the work environment at Lingua Learn left much to be desired. Despite being a language learning company, there was surprisingly little emphasis placed on professional development and growth opportunities for employees. Training programs were inadequate, and there was a noticeable absence of support for career advancement within the company. Moreover, the compensation and benefits package offered by Lingua Learn was subpar compared to industry standards. Salaries were below average, and benefits such as healthcare and retirement plans were minimal at best. This lack of investment in their employees' well-being further underscored the company's disregard for their workforce. On top of these issues, there was a pervasive sense of negativity and low morale among employees at Lingua Learn. The company culture felt toxic, with gossip and office politics overshadowing any sense of camaraderie or teamwork. This toxic atmosphere made it difficult to stay motivated and engaged in the work, ultimately leading to a high turnover rate within the organization.
