Pay could be higher, the Institute needs to

Good work environment (provide lunch every day, provided snacks, coffee/tea), Effective communication with other teachers about class syllabus and progression. People were generally very approachable and nice.

Salary negotiation isn't easy and there were no work holidays or off-days - these may vary in other Lingua academies. Also, you need to clean your own classroom every day (there were no professional cleaners in my workplace, but other academies might do).
