Pros

I loved the people here from the initial interview down to the job. Everyone's really friendly and helpful. I can only speak for my experience with the Customer Care Team, but there were almost no office politics (not that I recall) and the leaders treated me with decency and respect rather than reprimand me in any derogatory way when I was lacking. The team leaders and the teammates helped each other out when there's a problem you don't really feel comfortable letting the managers know about. However, the manager was also someone you could always directly go to for help. It can get a little stressful sometimes but nothing you can't get help for.

Cons

For someone who needed physical human interaction, I got burnt out after a year. They do have optional social meetings and such, but with the majority still being written text conversations, it wasn't enough to pull me up.

Lingble's employees are across the world. We have a flexible, solution-oriented, and passionate team that is working toward the same goal even we don't work in the same office. The e-commerce industry we are working in is trending now and for people who like to always learn new things or take on challenges, this Is a place to be.

Cons

Remote working could be hard for some people when it comes to self-discipline.
