During the time of joining, it was told that the variable pay would be 10%. Firstly, they delayed the disbursement of variable pay of employees by months, then only paid 5-6%. Now, they have brought in a policy and reduced variable pay of all employees from 10 to 5%. And we are not even sure if we will be paid 100% of that variable pay. In short, instead of increase in CTC, we got reduction. Also, there is no process of annual salary appraisals, it is done only on manager's recommendation. If your manager does not feel you eligible for salary hike even for 2 years, you will not get anything.

- Friendly environment - Private healthcare - Sport card - Possibility to change projects internally - Diverse, interesting, and challenging projects - Paid overtime (only if billable to the client) - Stable team, low turnover - No layoffs despite cost-cutting measures - High level of autonomy in technical decisions

Cons

- Many projects handled simultaneously - Poor management changes introduced by leadership (engineers managing engineers), resulting in unprepared managers and ineffective leadership - Noticeable cost-cutting over the past two years: - no budget for professional development or learning during work hours - downgrade of private healthcare package - minimal budget for company events - removal of even small perks (e.g. holiday gifts) - salary increases frozen for most employees in one year
