- some of the core values such as autonomy and no barriers are not being practiced. You can’t freely express your ideas and almost everything needs to be approved by the Polish. - not true with their diversity and inclusion initiative. It just for a show. The company’s stand in providing equal opportunities and creating a safe environment for its employees who are part of the LGBT community is neutral. During the new employees orientation, it was also discussed that you are not allowed to talk about “gay rights” with the Polish employees. - benefits package is not competitive, no bonuses at all - too much politics, there is a favoritism - not much opportunities for the business enablers team. No training and slow career progression
