Certain departments are physically demanding.

Consistent work, Insurance is good, pay is fair. no mandatory overtime if in the 12 hour shift.

Management makes goals and starts changes with no plan on how to get to the goal which means lots of changes along the way and wasted money and trying to make Linetec like the other companies they own but Linetec is not line the other companies so our job titles mean nothing. Linetec used to be profitable before all Linetec Hr. and upper management that was from nonprofitable companies resulting in our loss of a bonus and pointless rule changes and less breaks.
