Most people in the leadership of this company do not deserve to be in their positions. The management is full of relatives of the owners, and most of them are inexperienced and horrible and leading employees. They don't have the leadership skills to do so, so they act like clowns in the company that's like a circus.

Hybrid working environment, product discounts for employees, and the accessibility of the location.

The ridiculous amount of stress was what's challenging about this job, and having an insane amount of patience in dealing not only with disrespectful customers, but also the management!
