Unfortunately, the work environment is extremely stressful due to poor management and constant micromanagement. Communication is inconsistent, with expectations frequently changing or being denied later, which makes it difficult to do your job effectively. There is a noticeable lack of support and fairness, and long-term employees are often made to feel undervalued and pushed aside rather than appreciated for their experience.
