Pros
The overall environment is friendly and comfortable to work in. One thing I personally like is the freedom to manage my work without unnecessary micromanagement. As long as the work is getting done properly, there is trust from the team, which makes the work culture feel more relaxed and productive. Team members are supportive and easy to work with, and there are good opportunities to learn while working on real projects.
Cons
Workload can sometimes become stressful depending on project timelines and deliveries, but it is manageable most of the time.
