      Dynamic place good technical growth. Location is excellent. Right in the heart of Silicon Valley. Upper management quite accessible. Can get things done quickly.

      Cons

      A bit frugal when spending on employees. Company is very cost conscious. Can be hard getting the right supplies etc from company
