      Pros

      So many positives: - People are awesome. Genuine and kind and fun to work with. - Founders are legit. Great experience, impressive vision and yet humble and focused on team success. - Culture is just right for me. Everyone works hard but family and balance and mental health are really emphasized. - Customers are great. I love working with software development teams. They don't care about BS. - Market opportunity is huge. We're basically building a category so it's fun to tackle big problems that nobody has addressed yet.

      Cons

      We have a diverse team spread across LA and Tel Aviv. I love our people in Israel and I wish I could spend more time with them.

      Pros

      LinearB is an amazing place to work. The CEO and co-founder are outstanding leaders. They set a clear vision and direction for the company while giving people the trust and autonomy to do their best work. The culture emphasizes collaboration and ownership, which makes it motivating to be part of the team. The benefits are excellent, with thoughtful programs that support employees not just professionally but also personally. There are strong initiatives to help people develop their skills and grow their careers. Colleagues are talented, approachable, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. The company is also mission-driven, and it’s inspiring to contribute to something that has a real impact on engineering teams.

      Cons

      Most U.S.-based employees work remotely, which can sometimes make it feel a little disconnected from the rest of the global team.
