Pros
- As a recent former employee of Lineal, I can honestly look back and appreciate the 5 years I was lucky enough to spend and grow with the company. It's like a family away from home. Colleagues are highly supportive, great to get along with and make up a good percentage of the Lineal experience. Everyone looks out for one another. - the fact is, you will reap the rewards of working with this company. If you are onboard with the vision, you will appreciate the work ethic that is in place. If you are not onboard, you may as well find somewhere else to work where you will be paid for simply showing up. It's as simple as that. - Flexibility is second to none. You are allowed to be human and won't be scrutinized for it. It's actually encouraged. - Customer centric. Make a good impression on clients and be rewarded for it. Love that. - Good training opportunities and career growth - Fair pay - The company is full of heart and I would not have left if it wasn't necessary for my career.
Cons
- Whilst flexibility is always a plus, it would have been nice to have the team meet once a week for some human connection away from video calls. But that has mixed opinions. - The remuneration package could be revisited - more holidays to remain competitive - being under US management, there can be minor conflict between what is considered the norm in the US vs the UK
