      Good people, great clients, and work life balance is more than fair.

      Cons

      I don't have cons, I think 100% WFH can be difficult for the social individual but Linea tries to bring us together often.

      Pros

      Very successful company, inclusive, respectful, provides many opportunities for growth, learning and sharing. Good culture and good people.

      Cons

      Long term projects mostly away from home. Support for projects can be lacking due to tight resources. Sometimes tough to connect with others at the company, although use of video link helps.
