      Pros

      Everyone is approachable. Even the executive leaders of the company are friendly toward interns and can be approached for feedback. You will learn a lot about the field through firsthand experience.

      Cons

      Management is always changing. It is a newer company, so I guess they are still trying to see what works out. Workload sometimes can be a lot, but that goes for all design & build firms. There is also too much emphasis in "performing", even when expressing that you are not comfortable with doing so.

      - Productive management - They are good in guiding the Junior Architects, Engineers, and even the interns - Work life balance - You will learn a lot - It's a good training ground - Healthy working environment

      - Office is too small
