Cons
- communication and expectations not always clear - constant sense of urgency and startup culture can disrupt work/life balance - building connection challenging esp in a remote environment - not very diverse, top-down, messaging / behavior that can make you feel like the company > your well-being - pushback against process and structure - majority of these are in the process of being worked through/addressed ^
