Small company so you know everyone and go directly to other departments.
Cons
Like the "Springer" show. Watch your back while working at this company. Those who seem like friends aren't. Very high turnover in sales which is telling. They pick and choose who they want to retain working there and it's not based on numbers. Quota isn't hit by any reps also telling.
