      Good people to work with in the main and good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Management are very poor at communicating and the training is non existent , you don't get rewarded on par with industry and your efforts can go unnoticed , poor career development opportunities.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
