      Pros

      The IS Service center of Linde Group in Kolkata is an excellent company to work for. Pays reasonably well. Being a global company, there is no dearth of learning and growing opportunities for people that have the drive. Good work/ life balance.

      Cons

      Salary is cash oriented with very little/ no tax saving potential. Innovative benefits that could also help save tax would be an employee friendly move.
