      Pros

      I've enjoyed my first year working here. I'm part of a great team of colleagues who are smart, and really care about the company and making a positive impact. Management is supportive, and communication throughout the company is better than other places I've worked.

      Cons

      The traffic on my commute is sometimes long due to construction on back roads.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
