      Pros

      If you want to be slotted 32 hours a week and just to claim this as a full time job

      Cons

      Manager would cut hours and you had insufficient PPE and had to work through lunches. Data recorded on the documents concerning the material being manufactured would be paper whipped with falsified information that employees was forced to sign off on.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
