      Pros

      Close to home so it's nice to get home early. Not too much to do so one doesn't have to work too hard.

      Cons

      Very backwards company in office culture - still using outdated office programs (Windows XP & Lotus Notes). No room for advancement. Dirty Office Environment. Male employees are rewarded highly over female employees. Low Moral among employees and attitude is bad.
