      Compensation: provided company vehicle, travel expenses, health and 401k with company match. Personality: great team of people with interesting personalities.

      Cons

      Company mindset: The company as a whole preaches safety and proper processes, but when it comes to the personnel in the field and on the ground, there is a strong push to just "get it done." So, when something bad happens, fingers get pointed and the guy on the bottom is the one who takes the blame.
