Typical Gas Company - Project Controls Engineer Linde Employee Review

Overall, standard large company. They do what they can to keep employees for long term goals. But when a decision has been made (like layoffs) its typically done by the end of the day. Little to no gossip in the office, and its a clean office working environment. I have a meeting with my Sr. manager quarterly to see issues from my perspective. They do care what you have to say, and try to take action where they can.
