      Pros

      Only pros are "some" employees are knowledgeable and care about their fellow teammates.

      Cons

      Completely dysfunctional! Managers do not take responsibility for their actions. Training doesn't exist, you are thrown to the wolves. HR literally is there to collect a check.. they honestly do not care.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
