Pros
In general, nice environment, nice co-workers (except a few black seeds), nice sense of community and decent benefits package.
Cons
Passing through a time of uncertainty (for the employees) with the recent merge with Linde. Organizational changes and culture is changing due to the strong presence of the German team and the force competitiveness in the US team. Nice area to raise a family but the weather is bad (6-8 months of Winter).
