      Pros

      Good compensation package and nice co-workers. Very international team and good options to make a long lasting career within the company in various positions.

      Cons

      Really high employee turnover. Company rather invests to new employee, than to current good employee and many people are leaving because of that. There is always an employee missing from the team and other people need to cover their job responsibilities and getting stressed because of that. Salary rate is low comparing with other similar jobs in a market.

      Pros

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
