      Pros

      Very good and structured people development. Includes lots of taining, coaching and mentoring and an access to a whole lot of materials for use by employees in levelling up their knowledge at their own pace.

      Cons

      Conservative in dealings sometimes limiting market potential

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
